In addition to their academic responsibilities, they co-lead the Professional Center for Inclusion (QPGJ), where they design and implement training programs, coordinate research and capacity-building initiatives, and collaborate with national and international partners. Their work involves contributing to policy-relevant projects, advancing inclusive education practices, and supporting the professional development of Assistants for Students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
