For conference organizers

Your event is already listed.

ConferenceGrid catalogues over 6,000 B2B conferences and trade shows from public sources. The people reading it are marketers and sponsorship teams deciding which events get their budget next year. They compare who spoke, who sponsored, and who exhibited before they commit to anything.

Your listing exists either way. Built from scraped data it is a stub. Built from your data it is a sales page you didn't have to make. Sending it costs one email.

Prospectus downloads become leads

This is the concrete part. Send your sponsorship prospectus and a “Get the prospectus” button appears on your event page and on our sponsorship index. Anyone who opens it first leaves their name, company, and work email, and is told up front that those details go to your sponsorship team. We forward them to you. A download you would never have known about becomes a warm lead in your inbox.

What to send, and what each piece does

  • Exhibitor listCompanies weighing a booth check who is already on the floor. A full list reads as a healthy show; a missing one reads as a risk.
  • Speaker rosterYour program starts surfacing in speaker and topic searches, which is how marketers find events in a subject area they don't already know.
  • Call for papersYour CFP gets listed with its deadline while it's open, in front of people actively looking for somewhere to speak.
  • Sponsorship prospectusPowers the lead capture above.
  • Dates and venueWe stop deriving them from third-party pages, and wrong-date errors stop at the source.

What we never ask for

Attendee lists, registration data, or anything about individuals. Everything above is data you already publish to sell your event. Our job is to put it where buyers are looking.

Send it over

Email whatever you have to data@conferencegrid.com. A PDF and a link is enough. Spreadsheets, a Google Sheet, or a list pasted into the email all work; we read every submission and reply when it's live.

Prefer to edit the listing yourself? Find your event in the conferences index and use the claim option on its page, which verifies you by your event's email domain.
