Exhibitors using a motor vehicle to assist with brief unloading and loading during set-up and tear-down of exhibits is permitted for short periods of time during your scheduled move-in time/move-out.  Vehicles are not permitted to be left unattended or left idling.

Any exhibitor missing this deadline may be levied with a fine.

Booking Terms
